以往用見工英文，只是一味的自我介紹、「你為何選擇這份工」、「你有甚麼長處」之類的直接問題，網上早已有各種華麗的標準答案，對求職者難度不大之餘，面試官都問到悶。 因此近年不少公司，都會在面試中加入一些處境題，間接測試求職者的心態或處事方式。如果求職者看不清問題的真正重點，分分鐘會被殺個措手不及。 以下 4大常見的見工英文題目，你又懂得解答嗎？ <h2>處境 1：Where do you see yourself in five years? (你在 5年後會是甚麼人？)</h2>這題相對簡單直接，就是要你想像一下，5年後會成為一個怎樣的人。意思是要測試，你有沒有為自己做過職涯規劃？而你的答案，亦反映選擇這個職位及公司的原因。  拆招：求職者事前可以想想，自己的職涯計劃。即使未有明確的目標，都應整合一個大方向，例如你計劃繼續在行內發展、預計有甚麼成就等。 同時，求職者應了解公司的發展方向，當中與自己的理念有何相同？而這份工作對你的目標又有何幫助？以顯示自己是有思量過，才選擇這份工作： <ul>
<li>I want to be viewed as a top performer, an expert who is a key contributor inside the organization. (我想可以有頂尖的表現，專業地為公司的作出貢獻。)</li>
<li>I am open to a few options…I believe the experience here will lead me to the best decision. (我有好幾個打算…相信在這裡的經驗，會有助我作出最好的決定。)</li>
<li>My short-term goal is to become an excellent (an entry-level position) and then, possibly move on to jobs with more responsibility in the company as I gain experience and knowledge about (an industry) . (我短期的目標是成為一個 (比較初級的職位) ，當我在有更豐富的 (行業) 經驗及知識後，我希望會勝任更高的位置。)</li>
</ul><div></div><div></div><h2>處境 2：What would you do if you had to collaborate with a difficult colleague / boss? (如果你的同事或上司比較難相處，你要如何跟他們共事？)</h2><div></div>大部分上司都期望，求職者擅長團隊合作。這題問題是考你待人處事的手法，你的答案同時亦反映你的個人品格。  拆招：同事或上司不好相處，有機會影響自己心情。不過，作為一個專業、思想成熟的求職者，你要顯示出個人感情不會影響到你的工作表現。 求職者可用個人經驗回答這道問題，列出當中的問題，和你的解決方法及最後的成效。這個例子要突顯你的溝通能力、情緒智商及解決問題的技巧。這類軟技術，都是老闆們珍重的軟實力，分分鐘成為你突圍而出的關鍵： <ul>
<li>The other pharmacy tech in our lab always had to have things her way. I picked my battles and actually found out she had some good ideas. When I felt very strongly about making changes to our ordering process, she was eager to help. We decreased our processing time by 25%. </ul><div></div><div></div><h2>處境 3：Describe a situation when you’ve come onto a new team or a new working environment. (分享一次你去了一個新團隊或新工作環境的經歷。)</h2><div></div>即使是同一行業，不同的公司、部門，或者同事、上司，都有不同的處事手法。這題是要考你的適應能力及靈活性。  拆招：求職者可引述過去的轉工，或者與新團隊相處的經歷。藉這道題目，你可以展示自己靈活多變，並且樂於與同事建立關係。而當在新環境遇上問題時，你是懂得求助： <ul>
<li>My ability to be open and friendly to everyone, and to communicate my questions or concerns when I need to, will help me adjust quickly to this new work environment. (我有坦率而友善的性格，加上當有疑問時，可以有效地與同事溝通，令我可以快速地適應新的工作環境。)</li>
<li>Adjusting to a new job takes time and hard work, but I know from past experiences that I am up to the task. (適應新的工作，確實非常花時間又花力氣，但跟據過去經驗，我有信心可以做到。)</li>
</ul><div></div><div></div><div></div><h2>處境 4：Tell me your biggest professional failure. (請分享你最大的專業失誤。)</h2><div></div>正所謂人誰無過？面試官是想知道，你有沒有從過去的錯誤中學習，之後打算如何避免同類失誤。  拆招：求職者可求職者可以事先準備一、兩個這類故事，先整理好故事經過及解決的方法，之後如何改善。故事的內容應該著重你得到的教訓，以顯示你敢於面對錯誤。 想故事更有條理，可以按「STAR」模式講述： Situation (情景) – 精簡地交代故事背景<ul>
<li>I would say that my biggest professional failure was in my current role as a project manager at ABC company. (我最大的失誤是在我現時的職位 – 在 ABC 公司擔任項目經理時發生的。)</li>
</ul> Task (任務) – 詳細一點講述事年經過<ul>
<li>Last year, our team failed to land a $2 million new project from one of our existing clients. The project should have been ours, but we dropped the ball. (去年，我們未能從一位現有客戶投得一份價值二百萬元的項目。該項目我們原本是十拿九穩，但我們卻犯下了失誤。)</li>
